These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at intek.services (the "Site"), operated by INTEK Technology Solutions ("INTEK," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Services and Agreements

The Site provides general information about INTEK's products and services, including security cameras, door access control, low-voltage and structured cabling, networking and Wi-Fi, business phone systems. Information on the Site is provided for general purposes and does not constitute an offer or a binding quote. Any engagement to design, sell, install, service, or maintain systems is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work between INTEK and the client, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and the INTEK name and marks — are owned by or licensed to INTEK Technology Solutions and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, portals, and services (including our support and phone portals and manufacturer platforms). We provide these for convenience and do not control or endorse them. Your use of third-party sites and services is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INTEK from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
